I require 24/hrs notice for any cancellation/reschedule. If less than 24/hrs notice is given, there will be a fee of $25/hr that we are booked. Ex. If we are booked for a 3 hour service, the fee will be $75. There will be a 50% fee of the service booked for any no call/no shows. Any fee must be paid in full in order to book a new appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust our service to fit the time left of our appointment, or you may be asked to reschedule. If rescheduling is required, the $25/hr fee will apply.
